Michael Echtle, Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.)

Michael is an Engineer-in-Training with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from George Fox University. He first joined the company as a summer intern in 2022 and returned full-time in January 2025 to help tackle a variety of projects here at Exodus. When he’s not at his desk, you’ll likely find him in the gym lifting weights and staying active.
